PF Customer means any entity eligible to purchase power from BPA at wholesale power rates applicable to “general requirements,” as that term is defined in section 7(b)(4) of the Act.

Open Access Customer means a consumer permitted by the Commission to receive supply of electricity from a person, other than Distribution Licensee of his area of supply, and the expression includes a generating company and a Licensee, who has availed of or intends to avail of open access;
active customer means a customer or a group of jointly acting customers who consume, store or sell electricity generated on their premises, including through aggregators, or participate in demand response or energy efficiency schemes provided that these activities do not constitute their primary commercial or professional activity;
service supplier means any person that supplies a service;
Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
