Petroleum Law definition

Petroleum Law means the Fundamental Law on Petroleum Operations, Law no. 16/2009, as amended or supplemented from time to time, and regulations made and directions provided under such law;
Petroleum Law means the Petroleum Act 1967, the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 or the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969;
Petroleum Law means Petroleum Law No.6326 of the Republic of Turkey, as amended from time to time (including but not limited to Laws No. 6558, 6987, 1702, 2217 and 2208), Petroleum Regulations promulgated thereafter under Government Decree 89/14111 published with the Official Gazette on July 17th 1989 issue no: 20224 as amended from time to time and the Petroleum Marketing Law No. 5015, enacted on December 4, 2003 and published in the Official Gazette, No. 25322, on December 20, 2003.
