Personal Planning Vehicle definition

Personal Planning Vehicle means, in respect of any Person that is a natural person, any other Person that is not a natural person designated as a “Personal Planning Vehicle” of such natural person in the books and records of the Partnership.
Personal Planning Vehicle means, in respect of any Limited Partner, any estate, family limited liability company, family limited partnership, or inter vivos or testamentary trust that holds Units that is designated as a Personal Planning Vehicle of such Limited Partner in the books and records of the Partnership.

Taube 2014 Associates, LLC and Seth and Angie Taube Trust are Personal Planning Vehicles of Seth Taube.
