Personal Information (PI) means any information or data that (a) identifies an individual, including by name, signature, address, telephone number or other unique identifier; (b) can be used to identify or authenticate an individual, including passwords, PINs, biometric data, unique identification numbers (e.g., Social Security numbers), answers to security questions or other personal identifiers; (c) is “non-public personal information” as defined in the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act 15 U.S.C. § 6809(4) or “protected health information” as defined in 45 C.F.R. § 160.103; (d) is an account number or credit card number or debit card number, in combination with any required security code, access code, or password, that would permit access to an individual’s financial account; or (e) is “Personal Information” as defined in The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (Cal. Civ. Code Division 3, Part 4, Title 1.81.5).
