Personal Corporation definition

Personal Corporation means a corporation wholly owned by a “Named Certificate Holder” which has no licensed agents or unlicensed agents and such corporation does not conduct any business independent of the “Named Certificate Holder”.
Personal Corporation means a corporation owned solely by the Insured Individual or their spouse, is incorporated for the purpose of limiting personal liability, including tax liability. Such corporation has no other employees.
