Kah-Nee-Ta Compact definition

Kah-Nee-Ta Compact means the Tribal-State Government-to-Government Compact for Regulation of Class III Gaming Between the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon and the State of Oregon dated April 6, 2005, which was approved by the Secretary of Interior June 1, 2005, effective March 1, 2006, or as later amended by the parties.

  • Ozone season means the period beginning May 1 of a calendar year and ending on September 30 of the same year, inclusive.

  • Stormwater management measure means any practice, technology, process, program, or other method intended to control or reduce stormwater runoff and associated pollutants, or to induce or control the infiltration or groundwater recharge of stormwater or to eliminate illicit or illegal non-stormwater discharges into stormwater conveyances.

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.
