Persistent Minor Breach definition
Persistent Minor Breach means 5 (five) consecutive occurrences, over a period of 6 (six) months, in respect of the same or similar minor breaches (as defined in the Individual Agreements) which relate to non- compliance and/or accumulation of penalties by the Contractor;
