Perpetual Covenant. In addition to the covenants of confidentiality contained in Section 5.3, Franchisee and its Related Persons may never (whether during or after the Term) take any actions that would have the probable effect of impairing BRAII's ownership of or goodwill in the Pizzeria ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and/or in the System Restaurant Concepts.
