Permitting Phase definition

Permitting Phase in respect of any Project, means the phase during which Permitting is conducted.
Permitting Phase means the period commencing on Permitting Green Light and ending on Construction Green Light or termination of this Agreement in accordance with section 0.
Permitting Phase. The Skatepark Project will require discretionary permitting approval by San ▇▇▇▇ Obispo County (“County”), which will require additional studies and site evaluation, as well as environmental review. Although ▇▇▇▇▇ Ranch’s estimate for permitting and inspections is $15,000, it is unknown how much additional costs will be incurred for additional studies, site evaluations and environmental review. Initially, the Council will transfer and deposit 50% of the permit fee costs, as determined by the County, with the District. Upon any determination that additional studies or site evaluations are required, the District shall notify the Council of the cost for such studies or site evaluations and Council shall thereupon transfer and deposit 50% of the costs with the District.

  • Initial Capital (Permitting Phase) Milestone 1 will occur upon the execution of the Operating Agreement of the Company, the Management Agreement and Sales Representation Agreement.

  • The fee for the Construction Administration and EGLE/USACE Permitting Phase is an estimated hourly fee, and the invoices will be based on the current standard hourly rates of our personnel assigned to this project applied to the time they spend on it.

  • New Commons will coordinate work on the workplan items set out in section 7(a), and will be responsible for all deliverables referred to in that section, but will facilitate involvement of BMAHC, primarily through the PSC, in all work during the Permitting Phase.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Members intend to authorize the commencement of demolition activities prior to the end of the Permitting Phase, subject to the obtaining of all necessary demolition permits and approvals and approval by both Members of the demolition contract and the demolition contractor.

Related to Permitting Phase

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Design Phase means the period during which the Transporter shall prepare a draft project proposal for publication in accordance with section 4.3;

  • Phase or “Phases” in respect of the Project shall mean that the components of the Project are placed in service during more than one year during the Investment Period, and the word “Phase” shall therefore refer to the applicable portion of the Project placed in service in a given year during the Investment Period.

  • Phase 3 Trial means a human clinical trial of a Product on a sufficient number of subjects that is designed to establish that a pharmaceutical product is safe and efficacious for its intended use, and to determine warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with such pharmaceutical product in the dosage range to be prescribed, which trial is intended to support Approval of a Product, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c) for the United States, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the Regulatory Authorities in a foreign country.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.
