Permitted Temporary Lease definition

Permitted Temporary Lease means lease of temporary space in malls or shopping centers in which one of Borrower's stores is located and in each case which lease is (i) four months or less in duration; (ii) involves floor space of 5,000 square feet or less; and (iii) the rental amount for such individual location is no more than $5,000 per month and the rental amount for all such locations is not more than $100,000 per month in the aggregate.

Related to Permitted Temporary Lease

  • temporary building means a Building designed or constructed, erected or placed on land and which is demolished or removed from the lands within twelve months of Building Permit issuance;

  • Temporary license means a license issued on a short-term basis for a specified time pursuant to subrule 3.5(4).

  • temporary licence means a Licence granted under the Act valid for a single day or for such period as may be specified in the Licence not exceeding six months.

  • Permitted Sublease means a sublease permitted under Section 7.2.7 of the Lease.

  • New Lease Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of the Trust, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of the Trust if the Trust has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.

  • Temporary use means a use or structure on improved or unimproved real estate which is of impermanent nature, and is used for less than ninety days in a calendar year.

  • temporary building or structure means a Building or structure constructed or erected or placed on land for a continuous period not exceeding twelve months, or an addition or alteration to a Building or structure that has the effect of increasing the total floor area thereof for a continuous period not exceeding twelve months;

  • Temporary Assignment means the assignment of an employee by the permanent head to a classification outside his regular classification on an interim basis:

  • Tenant Lease means any lease entered into by the Borrower, any Loan Party or any Subsidiary with respect to any portion of a Property.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • Sublease means a lease of goods the right to possession and use of which was acquired by the lessor as a lessee under an existing lease.

  • Temporary Position means a non-permanent position which may be either full time or less than a full negotiated work week, used to perform the following work:

  • Landlord Consent means a Landlord Consent substantially in the form of Exhibit G.

  • Temporary Occupation Permit means a Temporary Occupation Permit issued under the Building Control Act (Cap. 29);

  • Temporary post means a post other than a permanent post.

  • Permitted Sublessee means the sublessee under a Permitted Sublease.

  • Mobile home space means a parcel of land for rent which has been designed to accommodate a mobile home and provide the required sewer and utility connections.

  • Temporary Work means all temporary works of every kind required in or about the execution, completion and maintenance of the works.

  • Tenant Affiliate means and refer to any partnership, limited liability company, or corporation or other entity, which, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, Controls, is Controlled by, or is under common Control with, Tenant.

  • Major Lease shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Temporary domicile means the principal place of abode within Utah of a person who does not have a present intention to continue residency within Utah permanently or indefinitely.

  • this Tenant Work Letter means the relevant portion of Sections 1 through 6 of this Tenant Work Letter.

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Temporary Works means all temporary works of every kind required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of works.

  • Occupancy Agreement means a written agreement entered into between an assisted living program and a tenant that clearly describes the rights and responsibilities of the assisted living program and a tenant, and other information required by rule. “Occupancy agreement” may include a separate signed lease and signed service agreement.

  • Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.
