Permitted Range definition

Permitted Range means any inaccuracy in the Measurement Equipment at the Carrickfergus Entry Point and/or at any Exit Point which in all steady- state flow conditions does not exceed 1.1 per cent over the range of 20-100 per cent of the maximum Flow Rate for which the metering equipment is designed and such range is to be calculated using the method specified in ISO 5167/5168 , as may be amended from time to time, for the determination of uncertainties of the measurement of those volume flow rates which are used to compute Flow Rates; and
Permitted Range means the percentage range (for any characteristic) specified in Table 1 in Annex C, Part 4 (which in relation to energy flow is expressed as a percentage of maximum volumetric flow);
Permitted Range means any inaccuracy in the Measurement Equipment at the Moffat Entry Point and at each Exit Point which in all steady-state flow conditions does not exceed1.1 per cent over the range of 20-100 per cent of the maximum Flow Rate for which the Metering Equipment is designed calculated using the method specified in ISO 5167/5168 for the determination of uncertainties of the measurement of those volume flow rates which are used to compute Flow Rates;

Examples of Permitted Range in a sentence

  • The DNO shall not cause or permit the flow of gas at an Offtake at any time at a rate which is outside the range (of rates of flow) comprised in the Permitted Range for the Measurement Equipment at that Offtake.

  • Following verification in accordance with this Section 4.7, the Measurement Equipment at a LDM Offtake or DM Offtake shall, where found to read outside the Permitted Range, be adjusted, repaired or, if necessary, replaced with Measurement Equipment which reads within the Permitted Range.

  • Where an estimated reading pursuant to paragraph 5.3.2 is not feasible, the required readings relating to any Day (or period within a Day) shall be estimated using data derived from gas flows through the relevant Offtake on all Days (when the Measurement Equipment or relevant component thereof was functioning and reading without bias and within the Permitted Range) of comparable demand and operating conditions over the preceding 12 months.

  • The applicable Permitted Range (as set out in Annex D-1) shall apply in respect of all Measurement Equipment, unless otherwise provided in the Supplemental Agreement but subject to paragraph 1.4.3.

  • Subject to paragraph 4.2 the costs and expense of such verification, and any adjustment or replacement of the components of the Primary Meters made as a result of any verification made pursuant to this paragraph 4.1 shall if the Primary Meters are found to read within the Permitted Range be paid by National Grid Gas and in any other case by IUK.
