Permitted Hotel Sale definition

Permitted Hotel Sale means the Asset Disposition of all, but not a portion, of (a) a Hotel Property or (b) the ownership interest in a Subsidiary of the Borrower which owns a Hotel Property, in either case for which the Conditions to Asset Disposition are satisfied or will be satisfied within the time periods required under this Agreement.
Permitted Hotel Sale means the Asset Disposition of all or a portion of (a) a Hotel Property or (b) the ownership interest in a Subsidiary of the Borrower which owns a Hotel Property, in either case with respect to which no Default has occurred and is continuing or would occur upon the consummation of such Asset Disposition.

  • Permitted Asset Sale means any Asset Sale that is permitted under Section 6.8.

  • Permitted Lessee means any Person to whom the Company is permitted to lease the Airframe or any Engine pursuant to Section 7.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Permitted Sale and Leaseback Transaction has the meaning provided in Section 3.02(b).
