Permitted Family Member definition
Permitted Family Member means, with respect to a Qualified Stockholder, a Family Member of such Qualified Stockholder for only so long as such Qualified Stockholder retains Voting Control with respect to the shares of Class B Common Stock held by such Family Member.
Permitted Family Member means any family member, irrespective of nationality, who is not a qualifying family member and who is, in his or her country of origin, habitual resi- dence or previous residence: (a) a dependant of the Union citizen; (b) a member of the household of the Union citizen; (c) a person who, on the basis of serious health grounds, strictly requires the personal care of the Union citizen; or (d) is the partner with whom the Union citizen has a durable relationship, duly attested.
Permitted Family Member means any spouse, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild (including a child or grandchild by adoption and step-children), sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law or sister-in-law of the Holder of a Note.

Notes may not be transferred to any Person other than (i) the Issuer, (ii) a Permitted Family Member of the transferor, (iii) any trust organized for the benefit of a Permitted Family Member of the transferor or (iv) upon the death of a Holder, such Holder’s executors, administrators, testamentary trustees, legatees and beneficiaries.
