Permissible Uses definition

Permissible Uses means the use of funds by the Issuer to pay the Seller for Subsequently Purchased Receivables that are Eligible Receivables.
Permissible Uses means the amount of funds to be used by the Issuer to pay (i) the Servicer Letter of Credit Bank any amounts payable thereto by the Issuer under the reimbursement agreement for the Servicer Letter of Credit, (ii) the Sellers for Subsequently Purchased Receivables (directly or through repayment of any subordinated notes issued to the Sellers), (iii) its equity owners, as a dividend distribution (so long as the Issuer has a net worth (in accordance with GAAP) of at least 1% of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes after giving effect thereto) and (iv) other expenses of the Issuer not prohibited by the Transaction Documents.
Permissible Uses means the use of funds by the Issuer to pay the Depositor for Subsequently Purchased Receivables that are Eligible Receivables.

Examples of Permissible Uses in a sentence

  • During the Revolving Period, all amounts on deposit in the Collection Account in excess of the Required Monthly Payments may be paid to the Issuer on each Business Day (“Issuer Distributions”) provided that (i) the Coverage Test is satisfied after giving effect to any such payment to the Issuer; and (ii) any such payment to the Issuer shall be limited to the extent used by the Issuer for Permissible Uses.

  • Permissible Use(s) of Seal: Use of the university seal is prohibited without written consent from the Office of the Chancellor.

More Definitions of Permissible Uses

Permissible Uses means accessing and consulting the Work in compliance with U.S. copyright law and using any of the functionality made available with the Work only for the Authorized User’s personal research and academic studies and not to violate U.S. copyright, obscenity, or other laws. Permissible Uses does not include making the Work available to any person or entity who is not an Authorized User; providing a password to anyone, even another Authorized User; archiving the Work; copying or sending the Work or any part of it to others, including through interlibrary loan; hacking into MLA’s Web site (or attempting to do so).
