Permian Basin means Xxxxxxx, Bailey, Xxxxxx, Brewster, Xxxxxxx, Cottle, Crane County, Crosby, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx, Xxxx, Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Pecos, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx Counties, Texas and Chaves, Eddy, Lea, and Roosevelt Counties, New Mexico.
Permian Basin shall be as defined in the opening paragraph of this Agreement.
Permian Basin means Crestwood Permian Basin LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
