To the Corporation’s knowledge, the Corporation has not violated or, by conducting its business as presently conducted or as presently proposed to be conducted, as indicated in the Permanent Information Record, would not violate, any currently issued and enforceable patents, trademarks, trade names, copyrights or trade secrets of any other Person.
