Perion Shareholders means the holders of Perion Shares.

  • Preferred Shareholders means the holders of Preferred Shares.

  • Principal Shareholders means, collectively, Wxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Jxxx Xxxxxx and Dxxxx Xxxxxx.
