Periodic Services. All periodic services shall be performed within the frequencies listed in these specifications. A written schedule shall be provided to the District Manager and Contract Facility Manager with dates and times when quarterly, semi-annual, and annual services will need to be provided.

Examples of Periodic Services in a sentence

  • Periodic Services Multiple services set out in the Quote or Schedules provided regularly at the Frequency.

  • Customer shall pay the Fees and applicable VAT as follows, unless otherwise stated in the Quote: (a) quarterly in advance for Periodic Services; and (b) upon completion for Jobs.
