Performed Work definition

Performed Work means presentations of artistic works and/or performances by Affected Parties.

  • The Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, may elect to reduce the retainage relating to a particular trade Subcontractor, or the Cost of the Work related to a specific item of Self- Performed Work to zero upon: (a) satisfactory completion of such Work; (b) submission of all required warranties, certifications, and operating or maintenance instructions with respect to that Work; and (c) execution of appropriate waivers of lien and releases of claims.
