Performance Warrants definition

Performance Warrants means the performance warrants of the Corporation which expire on January 31, 2025, with each performance warrant providing the right to purchase one Common Share at a price of $3.00 per Common Share.
Performance Warrants means those warrants specified as Performance Warrants issuable pursuant to Purchase Agreement.
Performance Warrants means the performance warrants issued to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company, no further awards of which are to be granted since the closing of the IPO.
