Performance Unit Amount means, for any grant of Performance Units, the amount that would have been distributed to the Participant, but for an election to defer such amount under the Plan.

Examples of Performance Unit Amount in a sentence

  • Assuming that the Debt Financing is funded, Parent and Merger Sub shall have sufficient cash available as and when needed, subject to the terms hereof, to pay for the shares tendered pursuant to the Offer and the aggregate Merger Consideration, the aggregate Option Amount, the aggregate Stock Unit/Restricted Stock Amount, the aggregate Company Performance Unit Amount as well as make any and all other payments required in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
