  • Each Performance Stock Unit Agreement shall incorporate by reference and be subject to this Statement of Terms and Conditions, including the special terms and conditions in the Appendix for the Participant’s country (if any) which forms part of this Statement of Terms and Conditions, and together both documents shall constitute the Performance Stock Unit Agreement.
