Performance Stock Awards definition

Performance Stock Awards means an award of Common Stock granted to an Eligible Recipient pursuant to Section 8 of the Plan and which may be subject to the future achievement of Performance Criteria or be free of any performance or vesting conditions.

Performance Stock Awards means Awards granted pursuant to Article 9.

Performance Stock Awards means Stock Awards containing Performance Goals.

Performance Stock Awards means an award of Common Stock granted to an Eligible Recipient pursuant to Section 8 of the Plan and that is subject to the future achievement of Performance Criteria.

Performance Stock Awards means an award of Common Stock granted to an Eligible Recipient pursuant to Section 8 of the Plan and with respect to which shares of Common Stock will be transferred to the Eligible Recipient in accordance with the provisions of such Section 8 and any agreement evidencing a Deferred Share Award.
