Examples of Performance Share-Based Award in a sentence

  • Limoneira may cause a restrictive legend or legends to be placed on any certificate for Shares issued pursuant to the Performance Share-Based Award Shares/Restricted Shares (or other evidence of Common Stock ownership, including, without limitation, a direct registration system book-entry account) in such form as may be prescribed from time to time by applicable laws and regulations or as may be advised by legal counsel.

  • Any Common Stock certificates or book-entry shares evidencing such Performance Share-Based Award Shares shall be held in custody by Limoneira or, if specified by the Committee, with a custodian or trustee, until the service-based restrictions thereon set forth in Sections 7 and 8 of this Agreement shall have lapsed.
