Performance Share Agreement definition

Performance Share Agreement means the agreement between the Corporation and the recipient of Performance Shares that contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to such Performance Shares.

Performance Share Agreement means an agreement evidencing a Performance Share Award granted pursuant to Section 11 of the Plan.
