Performance Period Commencement Date definition

Performance Period Commencement Date means the first date of the Performance Period;
Performance Period Commencement Date means January 1, 2007.
Performance Period Commencement Date means the first day of the Performance Period relating to a Target Bonus as determined by the Board.

  • For example, if the Company’s share price is $10 on the Performance Period Commencement Date, the Employee’s Target Number of Shares is 100, the Employee earns 200% of the Target Number of Shares (or 200 shares), the value of such shares on the Performance Share Payment Date is $50, the number of the shares will be reduced because the value of the shares on the Performance Share Payment Date exceeds 300% of the value of the shares on the Performance Period Commencement Date.

  • Vesting Commencement Date means the Grant Date or such other date selected by the Committee as the date from which an Award begins to vest.

  • Accumulation Commencement Date means January 1, 2021, or such later date as the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer determines in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof.
