Performance Payment Arrangement definition

Performance Payment Arrangement means any arrangement agreed with a Provider and one of more Partners in relation to the cost of providing Services on such terms as agreed in writing by all Partners. Performance Payments means any sum over and above the relevant Contract Price which is payable to the Provider in accordance with a Performance Payment Arrangement.
