Performance Call definition

Performance Call is hereby defined to mean a three and one half (3½) hour period of time, which includes the performance and a maximum of thirty (30) minutes of preparation time prior to the performance. Preparation time in excess of thirty (30) minutes and time worked in excess of three and one half (3½) hours related to the performance and not related to take-in or put-out, will be compensated at the applicable hourly rate. This additional time will be considered a continuous work assignment and not subject to minimum call back. Calls for take-in and/or put-out immediately preceding or immediately following the “Performance Call” will be subject to the minimum call back.
Performance Call is defined as the time, for employees other than Permanent Employees, beginning one-half hour prior to the Performance and ending at the final curtain, and shall not exceed three and one-half hours (3 ½) hours in duration. For Permanent Employees, a Performance Call is defined as the time beginning three-quarters of an hour prior to the Performance and ending one quarter of an hour following the final curtain, and shall not exceed four (4) hours in duration.

Examples of Performance Call in a sentence

  • The Heska Performance Call Notice shall form a legally valid and binding contract between each of the Continuing Members and Heska for the purchase and sale of the Heska Performance Call Units on the terms and conditions hereof.

  • As part of the notice, the University will inform the Stagehand of the anticipated department and classification to which the Stagehand will be assigned, and for a Performance Call following a take-in, whether the Stagehand will work the Performance Call.

  • The Heska Performance Call Notice shall specify (A) the date thereof and (B) a calculation of the Heska Performance Call Price.

  • The provisions set forth in this Section 9.05(i) shall apply for purposes of determining any of the following amounts pursuant to this Section 9.05: the Cuattro 12-Month Call Unit Price, the Cuattro 18-Month Call Unit Price, the Heska 12-Month Put Unit Price, the Heska 18-Month Put Unit Price, the Cuattro Performance Put Price, the Heska Performance Call Price, and the Cuattro Control Put Price (collectively, the “Disputable Amounts”).

  • The Founder Manager shall tender his or her resignation in accordance with this Section 7.04(c) upon the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Cuattro Performance Put Option, the Heska Performance Call Option, the Cuattro Control Put Option, or if at any time Heska owns 100% of the outstanding Units.

  • Additional calls in one day shall be as required and shall not be tied to any Performance Call.

  • Following a travel Call when on tour there shall be a break of not less than 85 minutes between the end of the travel Call and the Actor’s or member of Stage Management’s Performance Call.

  • The Union agrees that, when two Performances of Children's Programmes fall within the Performance Call, only the one Performance Rate shall apply.

  • In the event that SRECTrade requires a Performance Call from the REC Owner and the REC Owner is unable to meet its obligation in the required time frame, SRECTrade reserves the right to take all action to collect the additional Performance Assurance required in the Performance Call including, but not limited to, foreclosing on the Collateral and taking all actions of a secured creditor permitted under applicable law.

  • Upon the exercise of the Performance Call Right, the closing of the transaction shall occur not later than thirty (30) days following the receipt of notice by the Stockholder.

Related to Performance Call

  • Performance Cash means any cash incentives granted pursuant to Article 9 payable to the Participant upon the achievement of such performance goals as the Committee shall establish.

  • Performance Cash Award means an award of cash granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(ii).

  • Performance Period means the one or more periods of time, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant’s right to, and the payment of, a Performance Compensation Award.

  • Performance Objective means a standard established by the Committee to determine in whole or in part whether a Performance Award shall be earned.

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.
