Performance-Based Incentives definition

Performance-Based Incentives means Awards, the vesting of which is contingent upon achievement by the Company of milestones or targets specified in the underlying Award Agreement;
Performance-Based Incentives or “PBIs” means the performance objectives and milestones determined in accordance with Part 2 of the Finance Schedule (Use of Performance Based Incentives), including Multi-Year PBIs and “PBI” shall be construed accordingly;
Performance-Based Incentives means monetary incentives paid by SED to teachers in the best performing public primary, elementary and high schools in the amount of approximately Rs. 1000, Rs. 1500 and Rs. 2000, respectively, per month, per teacher under the program, approved by the SED pursuant to Notification SO (S111) 2-16/2007, dated December 11, 2008.
