Percentage Ownership definition

Percentage Ownership means, with respect to any Shareholder at any time, (i) the number of shares of Fully Diluted Common Stock that such Shareholder beneficially owns (and (without duplication) has the right to acquire from any Person) at such time, divided by (ii) the total number of shares of Fully Diluted Common Stock at such time.
Percentage Ownership means with respect to any Stockholder, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the total number of shares of Common Stock held by such Stockholder and the denominator of which is the total number of shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding at the time of determination.
Percentage Ownership means, as determined with respect to SPH Corporation from time to time, the Stock Ownership of any Person in SPH Corporation, as determined to yield the maximum percentage under Section 382 of the Code and Treasury Regulations issued thereunder (including, but not limited to, Treas. Percentage Ownership means, as of a specified date, the percentage, equal to (a) the number of Shares held by ORIX (directly or through a brokerage or similar account) on such date (not including any Shares acquired by ORIX after the Effective Date (other than Shares acquired by ORIX as a result of a stock split, distribution or similar pro rata reorganization)) divided by (b) the total number of Shares outstanding on such date, calculated on a Fully Diluted Basis.
