Per Unit Cost definition

Per Unit Cost will mean the per unit cost of the additional expenses incurred by Licensee in the manufacturing, packaging, marketing and sale of the Products (including, without limitation, Licensee's cost of purchasing components incorporated into the Products and packaging previously supplied by IGI under the Supply Agreement).
Per Unit Cost means an amount calculated by dividing Total Project Costs by the number of units in the Project, as calculated in the UniApp Supplement, Section C, Cost Limitations and Requirements, Part XI, line “Cost Per Unit.”
