PER HOUR definition

PER HOUR means the total sum for each hour that the employee, vehicle or equipment is being used on day work and the operation lasts less than one day.

"Labor hours" includes hours performed by workers employed by the general contractor and all subcontractors working on the project. "Labor hours" does not include hours worked by foremen, superintendents, project managers, project engineers, and owners.

  • Normal Working Hours means 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, excluding PBI-observed U.S. holidays, in the time zone where the Equipment or other items are located.
