Pennsylvania Real Property definition

Pennsylvania Real Property means the real property and the improvements and fixtures located thereon, owned, as of the Closing Date, by Yeagxx xxx located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and which is covered by and subject to a Mortgage in favor of the Bank, and is more particularly described on Exhibit K hereto.
Pennsylvania Real Property means the Pennsylvania Land and Pennsylvania Improvements.
Pennsylvania Real Property means the Real Property owned by Winks Lane, Inc. located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania and which, as of the Closing Date, is subject to a Mortgage.
