Penn West Trust Indenture definition

Penn West Trust Indenture means the amended and restated trust indenture dated May 31, 2005 between the Penn West Trustee and PWPL, as such indenture may be further amended by supplemental indentures from time to time or as may be amended and restated from time to time;
Penn West Trust Indenture means the amended and restated trust indenture dated effective as of June 30, 2006 between PWPL and the Penn West Trustee;
Penn West Trust Indenture means the trust indenture between the Trustee and Penn West, as amended and restated as of June 30, 2006, as subsequently amended on November 29, 2007, and as further amended or amended and restated from time to time.
