Pegasus Parties definition

Pegasus Parties means, collectively, the Investor and any transferee of the Investor that is an Affiliate of the Investor to whom rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement or under the Original Agreement are or were assigned by the Investor in accordance with Section 6.2 of this Agreement or the Original Agreement, as applicable; provided, that any such transferee that ceases to hold Registrable Securities shall no longer be a “Pegasus Party.”
