PEFA definition

PEFA means the Public Financial Management Performance Measurement Framework prepared by the Secretariat of the Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) Program and dated June 2005.
PEFA shall have the meaning set forth in Recital A of this Order 1000 Agreement.
PEFA means the Borrower’s public expenditure and financial accountability framework, a financial management diagnostic tool intended to provide an integrated and harmonized approach for measuring and monitoring the financial management performance status or/and progress of Borrower’s programs, while also helping focus support on country-led financial management reform programs.
