PEF definition

PEF means Florida Power Corporation, d/b/a Progress Energy Florida, Inc., the Applicant/Licensee.
PEF means the variable for particulate emission factor, measured in cubic meters per kilogram, equivalent to the variable used by the U.S. EPA to calculate regional screening levels, as described under s. NR 720.12 (2m).
