Pedestrian Crosswalk definition

Pedestrian Crosswalk means that portion of a public highway designated by signs and/or markings for the use of pedestrians to cross a public highway, or where there are no signs or markings, shall mean that portion of a public highway within the prolongation of the lateral boundaries of the adjacent or intersecting, sidewalks at the end of a block, provided that where traffic is controlled at an intersection of a public highway by traffic control signals.
