PEBB appeals committee definition

PEBB appeals committee means the committee that considers ap­ peals relating to the administration of PEBB benefits by the PEBB pro­ gram. The director has delegated the authority to hear appeals at the level below an administrative hearing to the PEBB appeals committee.
