Peak Energy definition

Peak Energy means, for any Contract Year, the amount of energy set forth in the Peak Energy section of the Cover Sheet.
Peak Energy means Peak Energy Resources, LLC, a Delaware corporation.
Peak Energy means energy to be delivered for the consecutive 16 hour periods beginning at 6:00 a.m. and ending at 10:00 pm Pacific Prevailing Time, excluding Sundays and NERC holidays.
