PD LLC Operating Agreement definition

PD LLC Operating Agreement means the Operating Agreement of PD LLC, dated as of May 1, 2000, among Herald, Pulitzer, Pulitzer Technologies, Inc. and the other members of PD LLC from time to time party thereto, as in effect on the Closing Date and as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof.
