PCS Trading Average definition
PCS Trading Average means (i) the Volume Weighted Trading Average of the Series 1 PCS Stock for the ten consecutive Trading Days following the date of the Recapitalization, divided by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of shares of Sprint FON Common Stock which are outstanding immediately prior to the Recapitalization and the denominator of which is the number of shares of Series 1 PCS Stock issued in the Recapitalization.
