PCM Inspection definition

PCM Inspection means an inspection of Products by process control module.

Related to PCM Inspection

  • Home inspection means the on-site, physical review of the home of an applicant to assure the applicant and the home meets all health and safety requirements within these rules.

  • Lead inspection means a surface-by-surface investigation to determine the presence of lead- based paint and the provisions of a report explaining the results of the investigation.

  • Final Inspection means the process and procedure described in UGC Section 12.1.

  • External inspection means an inspection that does not involve examination of the internal surfaces of the pressure parts of the boiler.

  • Independent Engineer means XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx or any other third party engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.

  • Due Diligence Review means the performance by Buyer of any or all of the reviews permitted under Section 44 hereof with respect to any or all of the Loans or Seller or related parties, as desired by Buyer from time to time.
