The Railway Electrical Engineer shall mean authorized representative of PCEE who shall discharge his/her duties and functions substantially in accordance with the terms of reference set forth in this Agreement.
APCEC means the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
SAI means Statement of Additional Information.
CSAM or "Credit Suisse" (or any combination thereof).
SONIAi-pLBD means, in respect of any London Banking Day falling in the relevant Observation Period, the SONIA reference rate for the London Banking Day falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the relevant London Banking Day "i".
Honeywell “we”, “us” or “our” means Honeywell International Inc. or Affiliate(s) who execute or assent to the Order Form. “You” or “your” means collectively the other entities executing or assenting to the Order Form. “Affiliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, another entity. An entity “controls” another if it owns directly or indirectly a sufficient voting interest to elect a majority of the directors or managing authority or otherwise direct the affairs or management of the entity.
