PCC1 definition

PCC1 means any Renewable Energy Credit associated with the generation of electricity from an Eligible Renewable Energy Resource consisting of the portfolio content set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.16(b)(1), as may be amended from time to time or as further defined or supplemented by Law.
PCC1 means Renewable Energy that satisfies the California RPS requirements of Section 399.16(b)(1) of the California Public Utilities Code, as applicable to the REC Vintage transferred hereunder.
PCC1 has the meaning set forth in definition of “Products.”

Examples of PCC1 in a sentence

  • PCC1 and PCC2 Renewable Energy Product under this Confirmation will be generated by and/or attributable to one or more of the facilities (each a “Designated Facility” and collectively, the “Designated Facilities”) listed in Appendix I.

  • For other Energy deliveries hereunder, if any, Seller may use Specified Sources of Power or Unspecified Sources of Power; provided that no Energy shall be procured from unit-specific sources that are coal-fired resources, and the Energy supplied in connection with any Renewable Energy shall comply with applicable California RPS requirements for such Product, and for PCC1 and PCC2 shall be generated by a Designated Facility, as provided below.

  • Throughout the Delivery Period, Seller shall sell and deliver or make available, or cause to be sold and delivered or made available to Buyer, the “Product,” which is comprised of one or more of the following: the quantity of Energy specified in Section 8.1; the quantity of PCC1 and/or PCC2 Renewable Energy specified in Section 8.2; the quantity of PCC3 specified in Section 8.2; and the quantity of Carbon Free Energy specified in Section 8.3.

  • Seller shall ensure that the Product qualifies as PCC1 throughout the Delivery Term.

  • In the event that the qualifications or requirements of the RPS program, PCC1 Product or the California Long-Term Contracting Requirements change, Seller shall take commercially reasonable actions to meet the amended qualifications or requirements of the RPS Law, PCC1 Product or the California Long-Term Contracting Requirements but will not be required to incur any unreimbursed costs to comply with the RPS Law, PCC1 or the California Long- Term Contracting Requirements, collectively.

  • In the event that the qualifications or requirements of the RPS program, PCC1 Product or the California Long-Term Contracting Requirements change, Issuer shall take commercially reasonable actions to meet the amended qualifications or requirements of the RPS Law, PCC1 Product or the California Long-Term Contracting Requirements but will not be required to incur any unreimbursed costs to comply with the RPS Law, PCC1 or the California Long- Term Contracting Requirements, collectively.

  • Throughout the Delivery Period, Seller shall sell and deliver or make available, or cause to be sold and delivered or made available to Buyer, the “Product,” which is comprised of one or more of the following: the quantity of Energy specified in Section 8.1; the quantity of PCC1 and/or PCC2 Renewable Energy specified in Section 8.2; the quantity of PCC3 specified in Section 8.2; the quantity of Carbon Free Energy specified in Section 8.3, and the quantity of ACS Energy specified in Section 8.4.

  • For the first one hundred eighty (180) days of the Delivery Term, provided that Seller has obtained and maintained CEC Precertification, Buyer shall pay Seller the Renewable Rate for PV Energy that qualifies as PCC1 and the lower of (i) the Renewable Rate or (ii) the Day-Ahead LMP for PV Energy that does not qualify as PCC1, according to Section 3.3, regardless of whether Seller has obtained CEC Final Certification and Verification.

  • In connection with any Additional GSI Extension, Seller will deliver energy along with Renewable Energy Credits to Buyer, which shall be PCC1 Renewable Energy Credits in an amount equal to one-half of the Contract Year 1 Contract Quantity, and Buyer shall pay the Contract Price for any such energy and Renewable Energy Credits received.

  • Use permit to allow a service station with self-serve gas pumps in the PCC-1 Zoning District.
