PCB waste definition
PCB waste means any product containing PCBs, as defined under s. 299.45 (1) (c), which is subject to regulation under s. 299.45 after the product becomes a solid waste. This term also means any material which is contaminated by the discharge, as defined under s. 292.01 (3), of a substance containing PCBs subject to regulation under s. 292.11.
PCB waste means a PCB waste within the meaning of Ontario Regulation 362 made under the Environmental Protection Act (Ontario).
PCB waste means PCB Waste as defined by O.Reg. 362 of the Environmental Protection Act, such as PCB equipment, PCB liquid or PCB material but excluding decontaminated PCB material or equipment, or equipment with PCB at levels below the definition of PCB waste in Provincial regulations.

PCB waste means a PCB waste within the meaning of 0. Reg.362, as amended, made under the Environmental Protection Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. E.19, as amended;
PCB waste means a PCB liquid, a PCB solid or a piece of PCB equipment that is taken out of service for the purpose of disposal;
