PBM Services definition

PBM Services means those services provided 20 by Contractor in accordance with this Contract and any other documents or correspondence provided by 21 the BHS Program relating to Benefit Plan design, formulary changes, or any other changes to the BHS 22 Program and communicated to Contractor which impact how or which pharmaceuticals are provided.
PBM Services means, services associated with the prescription benefit management business, including but not limited to: (i) claims administration, (ii) establishment and administration of a pharmacy network and benefits, (iii) mail order pharmacy services (by phone, fax or internet), (iv) drug utilization review, (v) disease state management and delivery of specialty pharmacy benefits, (vi) formulary creation and administration, (vii) rebate negotiation and administration, and (viii) therapeutic substitution programs.

More Definitions of PBM Services

PBM Services means PBM claims processing services for commercial health plans, self-insured employer plans, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D plans, the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, and state government employee plans.
PBM Services means any one or more services typically provided by a PBM, including, without limitation, design, management or administration of pharmacy benefits, pharmaceutical claims adjudication, retail pharmacy network management, mail order pharmacy operations, rebate management, and formulary design and/or management.
PBM Services means pharmacy benefit management services as defined in the Preliminary Statements.
PBM Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(d).
PBM Services means the integrated delivery by Seller, under agreements with health benefit plans, third party administrators, and other payors, of pharmacy benefits claims processing, formulary management (including rebate contracting), pharmacy network development, and disease management services, in the same manner as currently conducted by Seller and the delivery by Seller of such services as currently conducted, the "PBM Services Business".
PBM Services means claims processing, eligibility verification, all contracting and management and administration of contracts with Participating Pharmacies and/or Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Formulary and clinical support, and all other services described in or performed by PBM as a result of the Agreement. PBM/Participating Pharmacy Contract(s) - The term “PBM/Participating Pharmacy Contract(s)” shall mean all contracts, amendments or addendums thereto, letter agreements, or other written or oral agreements in any form, setting forth any terms between PBM and any retail, mail order pharmacy or specialty drug pharmacy, whether independent, or owned by or affiliated with PBM. PBM/Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Contract(s) - The term “PBM/Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Contract(s)” shall mean all contracts, amendments or addendums thereto, letter agreements, or other agreements, providing that any Financial Benefits shall be paid or provided by any Pharmaceutical Manufacturer to PBM. PBM/Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Contracts shall include, but not be limited to, all: rebate agreements, administrative fee agreements, inflation protection payments, indication and/or outcomes based pricing arrangements, other fee agreements, service agreements, health or disease management agreements, data sales agreements, discount agreements, prompt payment agreements, bulk purchase agreements, pricing sheets/term sheets/or discount sheets providing pricing terms, etc. Pharmaceutical Manufacturer(s) - The term “Pharmaceutical Manufacturer(s)” shall mean any pharmaceutical manufacturer or company, any drug wholesaler or distributor, or any other third party, that provides Financial Benefits. Plan(s) – NDPERS may provide prescription coverage to one Plan or several different Plans. NDPERS shall have the right to add or eliminate a Plan or Plans during the period when this Agreement is in effect.
PBM Services means any one or more services typically provided by a PBM, including, without limitation, design, management or administration of pharmacy benefits, pharmaceutical claims adjudication, retail pharmacy network management, mail order pharmacy operations, rebate management, and formulary design and/or management. "Proprietary Information" means all proprietary and non-public information and data that concerns the business, technology, systems, finances, personnel, operations, or other assets and activities of a Party, including, but not limited to, trade secrets, ideas, processes, formulas, systems, source codes, data programs, other original works of authorship, know-how, improvements, discoveries, developments, designs, inventions, techniques, marketing plans, information systems, strategies forecasts, new products, unpublished financial statements, budgets, projections, licenses, rates, prices (including the fees charged under this Agreement), costs, customer lists, and supplier lists not available to the public. Proprietary Information does not include information generally available to the public other than as a result of improper disclosure by a Party or its agents or employees receiving such information under this Agreement.
