Payor definition

Payor means a trustee, insurer, business entity, employer, government, governmental subdivision or agency, or other person authorized or obligated by law or a governing instrument to make payments.
Payor shall have the meaning assigned in Section 8.5(a).
Payor has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03 of this Agreement.

  • Payor shall reimburse Hospital in an amount equal to Hospital’s standard charges for copying charges related to the provision of Employee's medical records.
