PayNow QR Code definition

PayNow QR Code means a quick response code which may be used by you or your payors to make or receive payments in connection with a PayNow transaction.
PayNow QR Code means the quick response code that allows a PayNow user to receive funds via PayNow Corporate.
PayNow QR Code means the unique two-dimensional barcode generated by a Participating Bank or a PayNow Registered User for the purposes of identifying a PayNow QR Payee;

  • In addition to Clause 13 of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions, we may, without notice, immediately cease to make PayNow and/or any PayNow QR Code available to you in any of the following circumstances:(a) if you cease to hold an Eligible Account with us;(b) if we cease to be a Participating Bank of PayNow; and/or(c) if any Service Provider ceases or suspends the provision of PayNow and/or PayNow QR Code.

  • We expressly exclude any guarantee, representation, warranty, condition, term or undertaking of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, relating to or arising from any use of or inability to use the PayNow QR Code to receive and/or send funds.

  • If you continue to use PayNow and/or any PayNow QR Code after the effective date of such change, you are deemed to have agreed to the same.

  • For any PayNow QR Code specification(s) which we provide or make available to you, you shall not disclose them to any third party save that you may disclose them to the service provider engaged by you to generate your PayNow QR Code(s).

  • You must also immediately remove and cease all use of any PayNow QR Code previously issued to or generated by you.

  • Requesting for payments via PayNow QR Code 8.13 The Customer may request the Bank to generate a PayNow QR Code for such Customer to request and receive funds transfers from third party Payers via PayNow QR Transactions, without revealing its Account number, in accordance with the terms and conditions under this Product Addendum and such instructions, procedures and directions as may be prescribed by the Bank from time to time.

  • Once you are de-registered from PayNow, you will not be able to receive payments into your Corporate Account using your Corporate Proxy or any PayNow QR Code.

  • Terms and Conditions for Funds Transfers through the OCBC PayNow Corporate Service 8.2 The OCBC PayNow Corporate Service allows the Customer through itself, or through its Authorised Users, initiate a Transaction Request for the transfer of a Transfer Amount from its designated Account to the PayNow Account maintained by a Recipient where the Recipient is either identified through its Proxy, PayNow QR Code or such other means prescribed by the Bank from time to time.

  • The BOC PayNow Corporate Service allows you the option to receive incoming funds to your Linked Account using your Corporate Proxy or PayNow QR Code as a reference.

  • You can only receive payments via your PayNow QR Code if you have registered your Corporate Proxy with the BOC PayNow Corporate Service.
