Payments by the Administrative Agent. Unless specifically allocated to a specific Lender pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, all amounts received by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders shall be paid by the Administrative Agent to the Lenders in accordance with their respective Pro Rata Shares in the applicable Advances Outstanding, or if there are no Advances Outstanding in accordance with their most recent Commitments, on the Business Day received by the Administrative Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the Administrative Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to each Lender on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to such Lender not later than the following Business Day.
Payments by the Administrative Agent. Unless specifically allocated to a specific Lender Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, all amounts received by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lender Agents shall be paid by the Administrative Agent to the Lender Agents in accordance with their related Lender’s respective Pro Rata Shares in the applicable Advances Outstanding, or if there are no Advances Outstanding in accordance with their related Lender’s most recent Commitments, on the Business Day received by the Administrative Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the Administrative Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to each Lender Agent on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to such Lender Agent not later than the following Business Day.
Payments by the Administrative Agent. All amounts received by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Purchasers shall be paid by the Administrative Agent to the applicable Purchasers in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, on the Business Day received by the Administrative Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the Administrative Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to the applicable Purchasers on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to such Purchasers not later than the following Business Day.
Payments by the Administrative Agent. Unless specifically allocated to a specific Purchaser Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, all amounts received by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Purchaser Agents shall be paid by the Administrative Agent to the Purchaser Agents in accordance with their respective Pro-Rata Shares in the applicable Advances Outstanding on the Business Day received by the Administrative Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the Administrative Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to each Purchaser Agent on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to such Purchaser Agent not later than the following Business Day.
Payments by the Administrative Agent. Unless specifically allocated to an Alternate Investor or an Indemnified Party pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, all amounts received by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Alternate Investors shall be paid by the Administrative Agent to the Alternate Investors (at their respective accounts specified in their respective Assignment and Assumption Agreements) pro rata in accordance with their respective outstanding funded portions of the Net Investment on the Business Day received by the Administrative Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the Administrative Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to the Alternate Investors on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to the Alternate Investors not later than the following Business Day.
Payments by the Administrative Agent. Unless specifically allocated to a Class Investor pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, all amounts received by the Administrative Agent on behalf of any of the Class Investors shall be paid by the Administrative Agent to such Class Investors (or their respective Class Agents on their behalf) (at their respective accounts specified to the Administrative Agent in accordance with their respective related pro rata interests in the applicable Net Investment on the Business Day received by the Administrative Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the Administrative Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to any of the Class Investors, as applicable, on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to such Class Investors in accordance with their respective related pro rata interests in the applicable Net Investment not later than the following Business Day.
Payments by the Administrative Agent. Unless specifically allocated to a specific Lender pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, all amounts received by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lender shall be paid by the Administrative Agent to the Lender and any assignee of the Lender in accordance with the Lender’s or such assignee’s respective Commitment Percentage, on the Business Day received by the Administrative Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the Administrative Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to the Lender and such assignees of the Lender on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to the Lender and such assignee of the Lender not later than the following Business Day.
Payments by the Administrative Agent. Unless specifically allocated to a specific Lender, all amounts received by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders shall be allocated in accordance with their related Lender’s respective Pro Rata Share on the Business Day received by the Administrative Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the Administrative Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to each Lender on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to such Lender not later than the following Business Day.
Payments by the Administrative Agent. Unless specifically allocated to a Conduit Purchaser or an Alternate Purchaser pursuant to Section 2.04 of this Agreement, all amounts received by the Administrative Agent, if any, on behalf of the Conduit Purchasers or Alternate Purchasers shall be paid by the Administrative Agent to the applicable Managing Agent (at the account specified in writing to Administrative Agent) in accordance with the related Purchaser Group Funded Portion on the Business Day received by the Administrative Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon (New York time) on such Business Day, in which case the Administrative Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to such Managing Agent, on behalf of the related Purchaser, on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to such Managing Agent, on behalf of the related Purchaser, not later than 11:00 a.m. (New York time) on the following Business Day."
Payments by the Administrative Agent. Unless specifically allocated to a specific Purchaser Agent or the Swingline Purchaser pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, all amounts received by the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Purchaser Agents and the Swingline Purchaser shall be paid by the Administrative Agent to the Purchaser Agents and the Swingline Purchaser in accordance with their respective Pro Rata Shares in the applicable Advances Outstanding, or if there are no Advances Outstanding then to the Purchaser Agents in accordance with the most recent applicable Commitment, on the Business Day received by the Administrative Agent, unless such amounts are received after 12:00 noon on such Business Day, in which case the Administrative Agent shall use its reasonable efforts to pay such amounts to each Purchaser Agent on such Business Day, but, in any event, shall pay such amounts to such Purchaser Agent not later than the following Business Day.
